Denise Holt is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AIX Global Innovations, the company behind Seed IQ, an execution intelligence layer designed to make complex systems reliable, scalable, and commercially useful in real time.

Denise leads AIX’s corporate strategy, capital formation, market positioning, ecosystem development, and enterprise activation. Her role is to translate breakthrough technical capability into institutional adoption, strategic partnerships, and commercially executable opportunities across quantum computing, energy systems, data centers, financial systems, logistics, and other complex infrastructure environments.

Her background combines more than three decades of technology adoption, education, entrepreneurship, media, public communication, and systems-level strategy, commercializing companies and products across digital media, gaming, fintech, consumer electronics, Web3, AI and spatial computing. She has worked at the intersection of emerging technology, enterprise readiness, and public understanding long before many of today’s AI and spatial computing narratives became mainstream. Denise was named an IBM Top 30 VIP Futurist in 2015, has served as a voting member of the IEEE P2874 Spatial Web Protocol Working Group since 2022, and is a named inventor on a patented touchless payment system.

In June 2023, Denise gave one of the first public presentations connecting Active Inference AI with Spatial Web infrastructure, anticipating the need for intelligent systems that could operate in live, embodied, context-rich environments rather than remain limited to static data models. That early direction became central to the AIX thesis: the next era of AI will not be defined only by larger models, but by adaptive execution systems that can govern complex environments under live uncertainty.

At AIX, Denise works closely with Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer Denis Ovseyenko to steward Seed IQ from foundational discovery into commercial deployment. She is a co-author of AIX’s recent technical report documenting the company’s fault-tolerant quantum computing breakthrough, including governed FTQC execution on rented IBM quantum hardware and spectroscopic-accuracy molecular computation.

Her leadership focus is disciplined commercialization: protecting the technology, building the right partnerships, aligning with strategic national and industrial priorities, and ensuring that AIX moves quickly without losing control of the category it has opened.
