Denise’s career spans more than three decades and is defined by a pattern of identifying major technology shifts early, positioning businesses around them, and translating complex innovations into commercially viable products and platforms. From her early work in digital systems and 3D modeling to ventures in fintech, consumer electronics, UAV, blockchain, and AI, she has repeatedly operated at the leading edge of technological change while maintaining a strong grounding in execution and market dynamics.

She has founded and scaled multiple companies across diverse industries, including digital marketing, fintech, consumer electronics distribution, and emerging technology platforms. Her experience includes product development, global sourcing and distribution, go-to-market strategy, and building strategic partnerships across international markets. This breadth of experience provides a rare combination of technical fluency and commercial execution capability, which is critical in bringing advanced systems like Seed IQ™ to market.

Denise is also an inventor on a patented fintech system for touchless payments and in 2015 was recognized by IBM as one of the top 30 VIP Futurists, selected to participate in an exclusive think tank with the IBM Watson team focused on the future of technology in business. These experiences reflect her long-standing ability to engage with emerging technologies at both a conceptual and practical level, while aligning them with real-world business applications.

What distinguishes Denise as a founder is her ability to bridge domains that are typically disconnected: deep technology, business strategy, education, and market activation. Since 2022, she has played a central role in advancing global understanding of Active Inference AI and the Spatial Web, becoming widely recognized as the leading educator and thought leader at the convergence of these technologies. Her work has been instrumental in shaping how enterprises, researchers, and institutions interpret and approach this next generation of AI systems.

In June 2023, she delivered the first public presentation on the synthesis of Active Inference AI and the Spatial Web to the Active Inference Institute. The presentation was recognized as a masterclass and published as a citable preprint on Zenodo, establishing a foundational educational reference for the field. She continues to present annually at the Applied Active Inference Symposium and is a frequent keynote speaker at global conferences.

Denise is also a voting member of the IEEE working group responsible for the Spatial Web Protocol (P2874), contributing to the development of what is now recognized as the third foundational protocol of the internet. In parallel, she has built a global education platform, Learning Lab Central, designed to support enterprise adoption and executive understanding of advanced AI systems and distributed intelligence architectures.
